Silently circling high above the bottom, the unmanned aerial vehicle RQ-11 Raven’s camera focused in on its target. The operator, Sgt. Jason Lundquist, controlled the Raven’s actions from a ground station. He zoomed in on his target, taking multiple pictures as his aircraft made another pass. AgustaWestland Given Final Show Cause Notice to Cancel Indian Helicopter Deal

The Defence Ministry has issued a last show cause notice to Anglo-Italian firm AgustaWestland for cancelling its contract worth Rs 3,600 crore (556 million euros—Ed.) for supplying 12 choppers to the Air Force for “violating” the terms of its contract. US Marines Begins Testing Oshkosh Defense P-19R

Oshkosh Defense, a division of Oshkosh Corporation, has delivered three Oshkosh P-19 Replacement Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicle prototypes to the U.S. Marine Corps to undergo testing. The Marine Corps selected the Oshkosh P-19R in May 2013 to function the Marines’ off-road firefighting vehicle of the long run.
