Many of us have a good anti-virus on your PC’s and laptops, but have you considered one for your phone. With a large percentage of us using mobile devices to do online banking and internet shopping it makes sense to have a quality anti-virus on all of these devices too.

When purchasing your anti-virus software see if it is compatible with mobile devices and whether you need a separate license to install it. Some anti-virus programmes allow it to be installed on multiple devices within the price quoted.

It is worth trialling any software first to check that it doesn’t conflict with any other software you may have or slow your PC/ laptop / mobile device down as unfortunately some do.

Once you have it installed, check all the settings within the anti-virus software to ensure that is protecting you whilst online as well as through apps and email.
