Organisations are mandated to enhance security for their staff members before, during and after work. In the process of promoting secure working conditions, the management of respective organisatons should ensure that the employees undergo better orientation within the organisation. Among other factors to be discussed during orientation is the issue of Security for Staff. New employees may not be well vast with the respective areas that should be avoided in order to better employee security so that lives may be protected from risks that are avoidable.
The issue of Security for Staff is not limited to life but property as well. Considering the global organisations, staffs are encouraged not to take risks of raving at night, driving late in the night or crossing specific black spots where robbers derive pleasure from foreign based employees who may not decline to lose property for the sake of their lives. Hence it is prudent to reiterate that Security for Staff should be a priority of an organisation for the progress and development of strong employee team.
